Text Box: R. Scott Foster, Ph.D. CEO and President Dr Foster has a Ph.D. in Bacteriology and Immunology from the University Of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He did his post doctoral work at the Harvard School of Public Health in Microbial Genetics and Sexuality Transmitted Diseases. Dr. Foster has extensive experience in the biotechnology industry, including the startup of a clinical diagnostic laboratory. He has served as director and/or general manager of five clinical diagnostic and identity testing laboratories. Dr. Foster has also co-founded the American Bone Marrow Donor Registry.
